At GitLab, I helped define the playbook for remote-first operations.
At Upwork, I served as Head of Remote, where I designed frameworks that aligned strategy, culture, and operations — resulting in measurable improvements in team collaboration, a 6% increase in satisfaction, and a 400% spike in engagement with new values rollouts.
I’ve overhauled legacy systems into AI-ready knowledge bases.
Launched compliance-friendly learning ecosystems for global teams.
And supported organizations across every growth stage — from scrappy private startups to IPO-ready giants.
My approach combines systems thinking, behavioral science, and a whole lot of practical experience.
I’ve earned a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Harvard, taught 70,000+ learners through Coursera, and spoken at stages and media outlets including SXSW, CNBC, and Forbes.
But I’m still a practitioner at heart.
I don’t just study how teams work — I build the structures that make it possible.
The ones that scale. Sustain. And adapt to change.
What I’m focused on now
